Mr. Wyatt is very unprofessional. My husband was in court and being represented by another firm when Mr. Wyatt decided to come into the courtroom and make jokes at the prosecutors table regarding his name. I find this highly unprofessional and unethical. He was told we were sitting right behind him by our lawyer and he ignored the advisce and continued his terrible behavior. This law firm should be fined and investigated for their conduct in open court. Disgusting.

I hired Justin Underwood last year as my attorney to represent me on a misdemeanor criminal case. I was constantly left out of the loop and when I asked questions, I was told not to worry, that he would take care of everything. After several court appearances, my case was dropped by Mr. Underwood and transferred to Mr. Wyatt with no notification what so ever. I suppose Justin found a more important case to pursue. I went to Justin Underwood in hopes of him helping me with my criminal case. Being that I was a first time offender he made tons of promises that he would get me the least punishment. In the end the only thing I didn't get was jail time. Never did he explain to me what was going on, not to mention I was at the court house every month because he said he was stalling so I could get the best conditions.
