Mr. Underwood got his money from me but did not keep me informed about my case. He even touted he could probably get it dismissed when I first contacted him. When I finally did receive a call about my case, it was from his secretary telling me about a plea bargain that I couldn't understand. When I questioned it, he got on the phone, yelled and threatened me to withdraw from my case.
