I have never felt more frustrated or gender – disrespected than I did trying to get a simple oil change and tire rotation at this location. What should have been a simple Process ended up turning into this particular company trying to convince of me thousands of dollars of services that were not needed, and it felt like because I walk in as a single woman I was looked at as an easy target. Stop the games and stop the gimmicks. This becomes the classic car dealership trying to get one over on a woman and I expected better.

They advertise “lifetime limited Powertrain warranty” but it’s with a 3rd party who will weasel out of covering claims. Car was 2 years old and had all standard maintenance done at regular intervals but the warranty company still denied to cover powertrain parts. Avoid getting a VW, it’s an expensive import and their reassurance of a warranty does nothing for you in the long run.

Love the dealership. I have purchased two vehicles from them and have had all my services done there. My only problem is that it's been almost three years since I traded my Kia for a Volkswagen and I am still receiving coupons for KIA and have NOT RECEIVED ONE from Volkswagen. Even after telling both, nothing has changed. Very disappointing 😔

Had my vehicle in for service, they tried to up charge me on everything possible claiming I needed new tires when mine had only a 2k miles on them. They were very unresponsive none of the employees coordinated with each other to notify me my vehicle was done so it sat there for 2 days in their lot. They never ended up fixing the issue I had with my car and ended up making it worse but still charging me well over 4k for the 2 trips I had to send it in.
