Doyle was an absolutely amazing sales rep and answered all of our questions. The gentleman in finance was also so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we left happy!
Overall the service was great from start to finish. However, your $27+ shop fee is horrendous. I complained about it and my service writer Chris gave me a discount of some sort to make the charge go away. If I continue to see a charge like that I will take my business elsewhere because you are not the cheapest around. What upset me somewhat was the explanation. Which was that most of goes towards washing the uniforms of your service techs. That's insane!
