My hybrid Corrolla cross SUV was wrongfully diagnosed. According to Wyatt parts and labor = "$1,372.06" however, the real issue was the 12V hidden battery. I just bought one for $259 free installation and everything has been working great ever since. I confronted the service lane manager ("Josh") but he could careless. This type of dishonest practice aims to: #1- increase car sales. Notice how before you even reach the waiting room the "we'll buy your car" will be pitched to you. Top notch dealership. Friendly knowledgeable people with a how can I help you attitude. Bought my 2025 Tacoma in summer of 25 and have had all service work performed here. If you need or want a new vehicle then Toyota is the brand to buy for the best quality and reliability. Wyatt Johnson is the place to buy it! Will gladly recommend them to anyone.
Service appointments are pointless. Car sat in arrival status for an hour plus after my confirmed appointment. The lobby’s great, so two stars for that.
Jaylan was an amazing car salesman. I appreciated the effort he went through for my situation. He helped me out better then most of my friends would! If you need a ride or die sales man, go to Jaylan. The finance manager I talked to was also amazing as well. Helped me through the process and explained everything. Managed to get my payments lower then I expected too. I believe his name was Malik. All in all best experience i've ever had buying a car. They make the deals happen over here.
I want to be clear the workers at Wyatt Johnson seemed to be very awesome people. But since the Hudson group has taken ownership, they seem to want to charge for every small thing and constantly have people up selling. The upselling ends up wasting time and made me want to never return to this location. I went in for a warranty recall and was told I needed over 2k in maintenance (that I did not ask for them to look at).
