My experience today was less than stellar to be honest. My wife and I were looking to buy our first new vehicle and have wanted a Toyota for a while now. We decided today (11/29) was the day. The organization of the lot was rather confusing. Used cars jumbled in with new. Personal vehicles and service vehicles sprinkled in the mix as well. I have to say Wyatt Johnson and specifically the service advisor Ian have been nothing but amazing to me. I wish I would have bought my tundra from them and lesson learned I will next time, hopefully sooner than later. Another dealer essentially didn’t tell me some things about a truck I bought and I can’t thank Ian and wyatt Johnson enough for how I was treated and taken care of, as well as my truck. I bought vehicles in 3 countries, never took longer than 3 days to walk out the door with the vehicle of my choice. This time at Wyatt Johnson - 6 weeks in and I am still waiting to get a verdict. Kolby Berry was our rep, dude was kind, helpful, anytime I texted him or asked him a question he got back to me and answered it well. We bought a '26 corrolla cross hybrid because this guy was so damn helpful and honest
