These wonderful people in the service department are welcoming, personable, respectful, and always helpful. Today I had a railing swap done in my Carnival. De'Andre kept me well informed and definitely demonstrated care in my maintenance plan. After I left, I discovered an issue with one of my rear seat, handles. Drove it back and Taylor, one of the maintenance techs, fixed the issue on the spot out side of the maintenance bay.
