It’s nice to deal with a professional team that takes an interest in selling you the vehicle you want and not just pushing you into whatever they can make the easiest deal on. There’s a reason that this is my family’s fifth car purchase through Wyatt Johnson.
Can't even conduct a proper service in their own vehicles without blowing the engine....gotta keep em coming back somehow I suppose. I wonder if there's some way to leave zero stars...
Brought my car in for a wiring issue for a hybrid 2025 Hyundai sonata that only has 1060 miles on it. It’s brand new and the dealership was supposed to fix the issue that’s supposed to be covered under warranty and was reassured it would be. After the car being worked on for 3 weeks they called and said that all the work they did will not be covered under the warranty and are holding on to my car until I pay $7,500 bill.
I’m so very thankful for the crew I had! Chris, Robby, Tee!! They were the absolute BEST I could not of asked for anybody better! If there around you know your in good hands! They made the process the most easiest and stress free! Tee and Robby are the BEST service advisors anybody could ask for! And Chris was the BEST tech I have ever had who’s worked on my car! Go see them I PROMISE you won’t be disappointed❤️
It's been a few weeks since my vehicle purchase, but I wanted to share that I had a wonderful experience with Deryk at WJ Hyundai, Daniel at WJ GMC, and Sierra at WJ Mazda (I'm not certain if those are their exact locations). I felt like I was in an impossible situation with negative equity, and they made it possible for my husband and me to get exactly what we wanted.
