He's an excellent doctor, seems to consider all options and doesn't rush to come to his conclusions.
Excellent physician. He is extremely intelligent and kind. I am very impressed with the care I have received from Dr. Horsely and would highly recommend to family and friends.
Arrogant, poor beside manner, took over patients for doctors who left and immediately thought he knew better, takes unnecessarily long to return calls. Very disappointed. Left practice because of him.
