I interacted with Laura today. What a great agent. I had tons of questions and she answered all of them, in detail. She was very professional but personal, even took interest in my recent knee surgery and my wellbeing after the surgery. This may be a cliché but I felt I was talking to a friend. Kelci, Sarah and Laura are all wonderful to work with for my insurance needs. They return calls quickly and work well together as a team. I moved from Illinois to Iowa last year and Sarah Ritondale was able to process all of my insurance to my new location because she is also licensed in Iowa.
