I usually see Dr, Wyatt at the Columbia location, however, I decided to go out my way for a sooner appointment. I arrived for my appointment in Glen Burnie, only to discover the location was no longer a doctor’s office. I found another listed location nearby, but it was an abandoned building in a desolate area—not what you'd expect for a medical office. Dr. Wyatt herself is a great doctor, but the management of this practice is atrocious. Everything from appointment scheduling to follow ups to just being able to get someone on the phone - all of it is next to impossible. Despite the time I've been with Dr. Wyatt, things have just steadily gone downhill in terms of office management. Big shame.

Dr. Wyatt is an empathetic doctor and takes the time to listen to your concerns but I'm frustrated with the management of this practice. I've been trying to get a referral to another doctor for a week. I was told the paperwork would be done at the end of the day. I called to follow up the next day and they told me it was not ready and to call tomorrow. I called again and was placed on hold for 30min then told the doctor is too busy to open my file but I would be called back. No one ever called me back. I called the next day ... read more

We have been seeing Dr. Wyatt for about 6 or 7 years. We absolutely love her. She is kind, genuine and will be honest about where you are and what you need. I would absolutely recommend her.
