Not impressed with his work. Language in proposed amendments misleading, commas misplaced to make what seems to be proper language, not. Very condescending to homeowners. He demonstrated distain for the owners acting like we were stupid.
March 16th 2025 Based on my personal experience, I strongly advise against hiring attorney Larry Cortez, especially for homeowners associations. Within just 15 minutes of speaking with him, it was evident that he is not someone I would trust in a legal capacity. I would not recommend this attorney. He was sued by Tree Lake HOA for LEGAL MALPRACTICE . Not only that but he has also had several default judgements against him. Research your lawyer before wasting your time and money. A good education goes a long way…Barry University law school accepts over 60% of applicants.
A true scammer, a liar and a bully. Very condescending. Ignored all of my emails and calls to prolong the case so I can be charged more. Leslie is an accomplice to his scams. A thief. Shouldn’t be practicing in law Larry is a crook.
