Maint charges labor and the housing authority pays thier wages....also my door has been crackED ON THE LOCKING MECHANISM FOR ALMOST A MONTH DUE TO CONTINUED ATTEMPTS AT SOME ONE TRYING TO BREAK IN AND THEY REFUSE TO REPLACE MY DOOR VRACKS ARE GETTING BIGGER DUE TO CONTINUED ATEMPTS AT BREAKING IN AND THE FACT THEY JUST PUT LONGER SCREWS IN THE CRACKS....THIS IS IN NO WAY PROVIDING A SAFE LIVING ENVI2 WHEN YOU HAVE TO BARACAID YOUR DOOR WHEN HOME AN WORRY ABOUT THEFT WHEN YER NOT....IS REALLY GOT MY PTSD ALL FIRED UP
