I RUNS A BOXING FITNESS PROGRAM AND I ENJOY IT SO MUCH
Good value for the money and friendly front desk staff.
Friendly and family oriented atmosphere. Been coming here for 4 years and i love it.
I was able to work out with my sneaks when the heels started to bother my Achilles...cant wait to fully try it through more than 2 songs in heels...I still sweat my butt off so it was totally worth it. Fun music!
Mr.Mark is the BEST swim instructor and is great with children
