I drove all the way from Findlay for an appointment my doctor scheduled for my clinical study. I spent half an hour in registration because of a clerical error. Apparently if you've gotten married since the last time you have been there, the system can't handle it and schedules under both names. After finally getting it straightened out, I headed to x-ray for my appointment, where they told me they had to reschedule me, since I was a half hour late. Waited 2 hours to see the doctor just for him to come n say my step son had hives gave him a pill and that was it so very disappointed in this place

When ER dr couldn't or didn't want to treat me he gave me a diagnosis that is still in my chart. HE as an er dr can't even diagnosed this diagnosis especially without running test or consulting specialist. He didn't he tell me he put it in my chart. He didn't even tell me or my partner about it? I spoke about this to DON and CEO Ty, and basically they can't control what drs do but they sure do stand by them!

I had a very pleasant experience there recently. Hasn't always been that way but was very happy with them on my last couple of visits
