Highly irritated with you guys. Every other time I come here I'm told one thing at the front desk when I set up the appointment, then when I show up to the appointment, magically the appointment time has changed. 3 out of the last 4 appointments I've been told that and the appointments get canceled if I'm 2 minutes late. That policy needs to change if we can only do 1 month appointments. It was fixed, but I would hate for someone to get a flat tire or something and a child has to go without needs because of it.
