This facility’s negligence nearly cost my partner his life. Despite knowing he was due for an appointment, staff turned him away, claiming he wasn’t on the schedule. This total failure of care triggered a severe psychotic episode that put him in immediate danger and left our family traumatized. It is irresponsible for a mental health provider to be this careless.
