This facility’s negligence nearly cost my partner his life. Despite knowing he was due for an appointment, staff turned him away, claiming he wasn’t on the schedule. This total failure of care triggered a severe psychotic episode that put him in immediate danger and left our family traumatized. It is irresponsible for a mental health provider to be this careless. They help me a lot
I absolutely love this place. They saved me when nobody else could. They are compassionate, empathetic, polite, and very attentive to my needs. I like my caseworker, and I love my therapist. The pharmacy is fast and efficient, and the Realm of services That Wyandotte mental health offers are amazing, oh, and let’s not forget the front desk. They are awesome, and always on it.
