I've had many experiences with them
This facility’s negligence nearly cost my partner his life. Despite knowing he was due for an appointment, staff turned him away, claiming he wasn’t on the schedule. This total failure of care triggered a severe psychotic episode that put him in immediate danger and left our family traumatized. It is irresponsible for a mental health provider to be this careless. Former employee here - If you’re thinking about working here LET ME WARN YOU. I had a significant safety concern that could have ended with me DEAD. I spoke to 3 YES 3 of my supervisors about it. They Did. Not. Care. All they seem to care about is M.O.N.E.Y. I was there for 2 and a half months, when I say during those 2 and a half months I heard about more violence / death that had happened between staff and clients more than I heard about positive things I wish it were untrue.
