Ricky was very arrogant and did not follow his own contract. I was under contract on a home which per Ricky's home inspection resolution contract, I was to chose a structural engineer to assess a leaning structural column in the crawl space. The seller was allowed to have their own engineer out who did not even look at the column. Ricky did not tell me this until I questioned him. He continued to pressure me to sign off on this house even after I told him I was not comfortable doing so. I had to withdraw from the home.
Ricky is absolutely amazing in every way and we really can't give enough positive feedback about him. My husband and I were pretty overwhelmed with our upcoming move from Ohio to Colorado, but Ricky somehow made this cross-country move feel easy! Ricky is an excellent Realtor, very attentive, went above and beyond to help sell my condo. He did open houses, cleaned and repaired certain things, helped with staging, etc., even came to hoa meetings. He's great.
Absolutely 5-star rating. Ricky supported me in both my home sale and new home purchase. He consistently went over and beyond - was thoughtful and attentive, gracious and tenacious. He was an expert guide in helping to to understand the market and various neighborhoods that I was exploring. I would 1000% would recommend him!
