Use to love this place but I notice they realize I spend money and now they add all different types of scamming fees and I want nothing to do with them anymore I hate a shop that abuses good customers

I can't come back. The price for the same style , treatment changes as much as I chance my clothes. Also they charged my daughter for a deep conditioner but did not give it to her. They claimed that they did but my daughter said she did not sit under the dryer. The salon claimed it was a Leave in. I don't believe that bc every other time when we get deep conditioner we go under the dryer why now they changed up?
They burned my hair off. I have been going here since high school. I only go in once every few months. This time it was a girl I did not know. I asked for a blowout. She asked if I wanted rollers and I said no just a blowout. She blow dried my hair on high. I told her it was hot and she ignored me. My hair came out straighter than usual. It felt thin. It kept smelling burnt when I wore it down. I got my hair done and still I could smell the burning. After 3 weeks I took my hair out and my hair still smells like it’s burning.... read more
