I can't say enough about CT Power in Jeffersonville, In. We have visited several locations about the problem with our APU. They got us right in, kept us appraised of the progress and we're fair in pricing. Several other customers told us if they have a problem with their Carrier products, they'll drive past a dozen other dealers to bring it here. Count us in with that group. Terrible driver
They did repairs on our trailer STAY away from this business,I don't know who replay back to this review but you can't your employees need to be educated,the have no idea what meen customer service and you guys can keep out units hostage, that's against the low,you guys play with your franchise license,carrier will be notified how you treat customers and over charge them and keep hostage our goods. Please read all review before doing business with this place! Stay safe and be aware!
