Terrible driver
They did repairs on our trailer STAY away from this business,I don't know who replay back to this review but you can't your employees need to be educated,the have no idea what meen customer service and you guys can keep out units hostage, that's against the low,you guys play with your franchise license,carrier will be notified how you treat customers and over charge them and keep hostage our goods. Please read all review before doing business with this place! Stay safe and be aware!
Stay away!!!!! We service our trailer last week and it was worst experience ever in 15 years People who work there they are like mafia They blocked our trailer and usk for extra money what we wasn't agree. Matthew Pell and Mark Johnson they need to be fired,they not deserve to be in customer service ,I think the perfect spot for them to work in farm not with people Very disappointed 😞 please 🙏 stay away if you can
The worst experience ever This guys was keep hostage our trailer with the reefer off,is the most unprofessional person I deal ever,he doesn't know what's meaning customer service Matthew Pell and Mark Johnson they are terrible people, we will try to contact corporate office to send them all documentation how this people treat us Shame,Shame,Shame,Shame on you!!!!!
