Excellent service
I brought my 2025 Western Star in for a diagnostic check. I was told by the service advisor that they would be starting the diagnostics on it the following morning and she would give me a call. 3 days later, no call. I called several times and was told they haven't started on it yet. A week later I get a call that the transmission is in good shape and I can pick the truck up. Front desk personnel were very professional, also the mechanic Andrew who fixed my truck did a great job on diagnosing my truck and repairing it. I will definitely return if I need work done to my truck.
