Maria Q is a wonderful motivational leader. Always greets me with a smile. The meetings are engaging and I learn something new each time I attend.
I started about 2 weeks ago, it’s going very well! I have to tell you go to the Wednesday meetings…….. Noriine the instructor is beyond amazing! Very motivational! Very knowledgeable! She genuinely cares about the people!! Not to mention she has a million dollar personality!!! If you have not attend one of her classes, I highly suggest you do!!! It might change your life!!!! She is simply AMAZING!!!!!!!!
I have been a member for a few years now. I have been to many studios, however after moving to Las Vegas I have found meeting here to be lacking in its approach in regards to men, And mainly limited to mornings and noon….In addition the meeting times posted are clearly not kept up to date I showed up today 8/31 @ 830a with Mathew K and no one was here, door locked and lights off …I’ve paid the full meeting/online fee for the past year even though studios were not open. I have always felt welcome and included when I have attended meetings for Weight Watchers aka WW. Everyone greets you and helps encourage you to lose weight even in the face of temptation. They celebrate your successes and discuss strategies to improve or detect where you have gone wrong if you gain. I have gained so much knowledge and support from each meeting. I have found I am significantly more successful with my weight loss attending my meeting with Deb Fuzz. You will love it here.
