I was raised to try to fix things with my own hands if at all possible. I had an issue with my dryer overheating. I followed every recommendation to remedy the issue myself. I took the dryer apart, cleaned every bit of lint out of it, cleaned the lines, etc. I reached the point I realized, if I started replacing parts based on what I thought was the issue, I would likely have been better off replacing it. Called Wayne for a stove repair. He called back within 20 minutes. We made an appointment for as soon as possible (holiday weekend) He called back to confirm. He called when in route, came at the time scheduled. He explained everything about the appliance and what needed to be done to fix it. He did a wonderful job and I highly recommend him. His pricing was very fair which I cannot say about other companies I have used.
Wayne is extremely professional. We had a problem with our fridge and he fixed it then waited to see if it was cooling before leaving and called me later in the day for an update to be sure it was working. Great guy, great service.
Wish there was an option for six stars. I called everywhere and this gentleman was SO kind, honest, quick, and affordable. I will recommend him to anyone!! Thank you!!!
