Doctor Dhungana's English is very difficult to understand. I asked him to look at some xrays I brought and he did not want to. He wanted to take xrays there, even though mine were up to date. He said his assistant tried to look at my xrays but couldn't figure out how to open the file, after trying for only 5 minutes (I watched the clock). This is funny because I am not a doctor or any type of medical professional and I was able to view the xrays on my home computer. Useless appointment and total waste of time and money.
Dr Eberhardt discriminates against overweight people. Went to him 4 times with no solution. He at first said he could fix my issue, but at my last appointment with him he said he “wasn't comfortable” enough to do surgery. He’s an arrogant and condescending person. I would rather cut my own foot off than be under his care again. Theres so many other doctors with better reviews and bed side manner within an hour of here.
I would give zero stars if Google allowed it. No communication between staff and patients. Staff has zero idea as to what is going on at any given time.
Dr. Bitzer and his assistant Brittany Herber are the best pair of docs Ive ever been treated by.
Dr. Eberhardt. Waited a few weeks to get my mom in to see him. She's diabetic and needed nails trimmed and her toe looked at. The man barely took any nail off, did not address her problem, and was in a quick hurry to jump in his truck and leave. Would not recommend him whatsoever. Came over to Frederick foot and ankle and they are getting her in next week.
