When will medical providers learn that their office staff needs to be competent, empathetic, and professional? The people they hire are the exact opposite in every way.
Women's health doctor made me feel super self-conscious about my body. Pointed out the fact I was wearing jean shorts and said I should wear longer pants. Like are my legs too fat? Wasn't even there for that. What a weird thing to say. Not coming here again if I can help it. It's better to go to a UC (urgent care) if your problem is not super serious, they will take care of you not only hours faster than a hospital / ER, they will be much nicer.
Wvu wheeling, will admit you, take your money, barely treat you, and discharge you with little to no paperwork. I have lost my job do to lack of wvu paperwork, discharge paperwork. Honestly the worst run hospital experience ever. Can’t get an email stating I was at the hospital but they want me to pay them?
