Came to the Urgent Care in Spring Mills and Angie was very pleasant and helpful. She is a person who has compassion and a very friendly disposition about her!!! Carol Thomas is one of the worst healthcare providers. No one wants to pay additional money to be seen at urgent care and wait over an hour for the provider to be in the room less than 3 minutes . When I asked her if she was putting me on the same antibiotic I was on last time, she couldn’t even be bothered to pull up my chart and look. I see there are several other reviews mentioning her as well. WVU should take this feedback and do better

This review got three stars instead of two on the fact that I HAVE had good care coming here, but my most recent visit fell short. I came in with flu-like symptoms, a rash on my skin, a high fever as well as nausea and vomiting. Whoever my doctor was did not do any testing. She came in, asked me how I was feeling, told me I “probably” had the flu and there was no need to test me for it, and then sent me on my way.
