Came to the Urgent Care in Spring Mills and Angie was very pleasant and helpful. She is a person who has compassion and a very friendly disposition about her!!!
This review got three stars instead of two on the fact that I HAVE had good care coming here, but my most recent visit fell short. I came in with flu-like symptoms, a rash on my skin, a high fever as well as nausea and vomiting. Whoever my doctor was did not do any testing. She came in, asked me how I was feeling, told me I “probably” had the flu and there was no need to test me for it, and then sent me on my way. As both a business owner and a parent, I am extremely disappointed with the level of care provided. My concerns for my infant were dismissed, and I was given inaccurate information. I ultimately sought care across the street at Valley Health, where my child received the attention and treatment they needed. The difference in care was significant.
Avoid if medically possible. The new location is horrible. The receptionist has her food on the reception desk. She could not be bothered with intake as her cell phone call was her first priority. Referred to herself as Grandma and gave dietary advice on her personal call. Once we got into a room - you can hear every breath in the room beside you. There is absolutely zero patient privacy.
