Walk-in orthopedic clinic??? You only get one visit. I praised this clinic and Kimberly Saul after my first visit. I received an injection for my arthritic knee and had relief for 6 months. Today’s visit? Drove an hour to the clinic. Forget trying to reach them by phone but figured since my first experience was a positive one, AND the fact it’s a “walk-in” clinic, it would be ok to not be concerned about not being able to reach them by phone. Worst ever i called and was told to come between 1 and 3 when I got there they wouldn't see me. It was a knee injury I have apparently reinjured an old knee injury. I was told they only see new injuries. I drove 30 minutes there and 30 minutes home. Big waste of my time. And I still can barely walk they offered me an appointment in 15 days I am now looking for an alternative

I was 7th in line. There was about 12 people who were in at 1 o'clock and was allowed to sign in. After the 5th person registered we where told after waiting a hour they had reached there limit and not accepting anymore patients for the day. Why did you let 12 people sign in and wait a hour before you said you are only taking 5 people? That is customer abuse and shows you care noting about the people waiting. You should not be in business to care for patients.
