ScamCare! I paid upfront for a DOT Medical Exam, and then they charged me extra by mail. You can't get a hold of anyone authorized to dispute charges. One month later, they charged me an additional $63 for a patient visit on the same date as my physical, and I've never been a patient there. I guess this company just seeks to extract money from their clients.
