Was told by my regular ped that my daughter must be seen for tick bite. Since it was a sick visit, they sent me to Dr Sanniya Nanda. She used her computer to google Lymes disease and read me the AI summary, saying “it was for this education that you needed to be seen”. My daughter did not need treatment of any kind. Could this “education” (GOOGLE) not be communicated in response to my portal question? WVU med is very difficult to work with. I saw Erika Loppatto CRNP for a med check and school physical today. She introduced herself, updated my notes, performed the physical, and ordered my lab work. She’s efficient, thorough, and has wonderful bedside manner. Great provider!

I just wish they made any effort to care about what’s wrong with me and help me. They don’t return my messages in a timely manner, scheduled me out to February when I made an appointment in August (and then canceled that on me in October), and I go in and have to ask for referrals, medications, and tests because they don’t suggest anything to help me. I’m my own doctor at this point. They just formally submit what I need because I can’t do it.

I went there for a new patient exam with Jaimie Wendt. I was seen promptly after maybe a 5-minute wait. Jaimie was nice and helpful in addressing my concerns.. I like that they are using technology with MyChart and that I can do everything online. The facilities would benefit from a remodel though.

This place is awful! Drs do not want to actually help but simply mask what's wrong with you. They are so indoctrinated! For mental health issues they are even more awful! Drs like this is what's wrong with the health care system.
