It's a very nice building. It is kind of confusing but there is an information desk as soon as you walk in to help.
I have been coming here for years with no issues. I see my Dr and depending on the type of visit, I pay $0 copay or $30. The last couple of viaits have been an insurance nightmare. In addition to billing me for the Dr visit, WVU has started billing a separate 'facility fee'. Since it is billed separately, my insurance doesn't consider it part of the Dr visit so it goes against my deductible which means I pay and the facility charge is the exact same price as the Dr visit. i take my kids to dr katerji and i love her. she's super patient and kind. she treats my kids with respect and care. my daughter is special needs and they always accommodate us fairly and quickly. thank you!
