i take my kids to dr katerji and i love her. she's super patient and kind. she treats my kids with respect and care. my daughter is special needs and they always accommodate us fairly and quickly. thank you!
We started taking our kids here about 3 years ago, and were very happy. Now, we're ready to switch and go somewhere else. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get them in to be seen. Even an annual, you have to book 4 months out or more. Then they'll cancel it on you without telling you. If your kid is sick, good luck. We're more familiar with the urgent care providers at this point than their PCP. They won't even call you back. They take forever to get meds or referrals in. They should be paying me for the amount of work I've had to put in ... read more
Everyone in the office needs fired, they have messed up 3 appointments so far. Thanks for waiting my time, dont take your kids or baby’s here, there’s so many other better places.they also denied my twins a nebulizer when they had RSV!!!
I cannot recommend Dr. Sheetz highly enough! She will always greet with warmth and professionalism. Dr. Sheetz takes the time to listen attentively to all of my concerns, providing thoughtful and thorough explanations for every question I have. She provides genuine care about my well-being.
