We started taking our kids here about 3 years ago, and were very happy. Now, we're ready to switch and go somewhere else. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get them in to be seen. Even an annual, you have to book 4 months out or more. Then they'll cancel it on you without telling you. If your kid is sick, good luck. We're more familiar with the urgent care providers at this point than their PCP. They won't even call you back. They take forever to get meds or referrals in. They should be paying me for the amount of work I've had to put in ... read more
Everyone in the office needs fired, they have messed up 3 appointments so far. Thanks for waiting my time, dont take your kids or baby’s here, there’s so many other better places.they also denied my twins a nebulizer when they had RSV!!!
I cannot recommend Dr. Sheetz highly enough! She will always greet with warmth and professionalism. Dr. Sheetz takes the time to listen attentively to all of my concerns, providing thoughtful and thorough explanations for every question I have. She provides genuine care about my well-being. Get told my son who is 3 needs a ultrasound and am givin a number to call to schedule it I call the number and it’s for ranson wv that’s a hr from my house and they don’t have any availability for over a month so i call back and let them no that I’m not going to ranson when there’s clinic in martinsburg and not only that but there was no availability … so is it urgent enough he needs a ultrasound or not because I’m not waiting a month if it is … then I get told I’ll get a call back about trying to find somewhere els to get i... read more
We LOVED our doctor. However the wait time for appointments is crazy and you need to schedule months in advance. They do not have same day sick appointments. We are switching because of this sadly.
