Had to wait for 5 hours to get help
Nothing like a medical emergency to remind you how efficiently an urgent care can do absolutely nothing. I arrived a whole 15 minutes before closing, which apparently is just enough time to take my copay, but not enough time to actually provide… you know… care. Before I could even finish explaining what was going on, I was informed that most diagnostics were already shut down for the night. Good to know the urgency has a strict bedtime. I cannot express how pleasant of an experience I had here. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
Hubby was seen today specifically to get Paxlovid to "prevent" Long COVID. PA K. Miller Pitcher is extremely anti antiviral apparently. She didn't care he's old, overweight and has serious heart history on both sides of his family putting him at high risk. If you wait to take Paxlovid (beyond day 5) guess what it's too late you can't go back! I hope Pfizer educates providers more on the benefits of this drug to prevent being on a vent, death and long term complications. I will give kudos to labs being processed quickly here ... read more
I came to your facility in December for an underlying issue. I gave your receptionist my insurance card and checked with her before I left. My insurance had not been approved but she told me if there was an outstanding balance, I’d be billed. Two weeks later, I received a nasty letter from your business that my health insurance had been cancelled and I owed the entire balance to your business.
