I’ve been to this location a handful of times over the last 12 months. Each time, for something different. Each time the entire staff is ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING! They are professional, kind, sweet, and patient. I can’t say enough about how great the staff is! I really appreciate them and their willing mess to help.
My experience was not great, I came here because it was highly rated, driving an hour each way. I needed an xray, to start the diagnosis process to see if my arm was broken recently or showed any signs as to why I was having nerve pain, etc. The appt was easy to make, I was assured 2x there was an xray tech in house over the phone. You make a appointment on line waste of time they still make you wait crazy they should take the option of appointment off
I went to this urgent Care this past Thursday after accidentally jamming a stick in my eye. I could not ask for better staff or experience. The wait time was tolerable, the nurse and doctor were caring and professional. The doc even took the time to take pictures on my own phone so I could see the extent of the scratches on my cornea and followed up after the visit to leave me a voicemail with referral information in case I experienced complications or it didn't heal up as expected. Very happy with the care received. From check in to check out, i could tell everyone cared and was compassionate. Provider listened to my concerns and addressed all of them. He explained the treatment and was ready to answer any additional questions. Happy. Sick, but happy.
