Such amazing help, made sure we were 100 percent satisfied with the apartment before moving forward.
Valdez is amazing. He has helped my husband and I with obtaining our apartment. He walked me through the application process and made sure everything needed was submitted. When inspecting the apartment he made sure what needed fixing got addressed. The lease signing was super smooth with every question answered and he is still attentive even after the fact.
I’ve been trying to find an apartment for so long as a first time renter it was really difficult for me and my husband to find something that was fit for us. But they helped us and we got our apartment in less than three weeks. They are supper good with communication and our agent was always updating us.
Mr. Valdez had many wonderful apartments to choose from and he personally found a beautiful place in my desired area and within my price range. He made this process frictionless due to his decade long experience as a real estate agent. He’s a man of integrity who’s been very kind and patient through this whole process. I can’t thank you enough, Mr. Valdez.
Some of the apartments they have the audacity to rent out are so atrocious. Seriously. The one on Mapes Ave? What an UGLY apartment with those horrible, uneven floors. Guys!!! $3,000 for a dump? Please have some pride in what you do. I cannot believe the quality of some of these apartments.
