Some of the apartments they have the audacity to rent out are so atrocious. Seriously. The one on Mapes Ave? What an UGLY apartment with those horrible, uneven floors. Guys!!! $3,000 for a dump? Please have some pride in what you do. I cannot believe the quality of some of these apartments.

Mr. Valdez was outstanding throughout the entire process. As this was my first apartment, I was initially quite nervous, but his professionalism and willingness to assist made the experience much smoother. I truly appreciate his guidance and support every step of the way. 12/10

Please don’t reach out to this realtor!! I know someone who saw an apartment with him, completed and submitted an application and now it’s over a week and he still hasn’t heard back on the status of his application. My friend texted him to follow up and no response until a few days later. He told him that applications were still being reviewed and that he would send other listings to look at.
