Unbelievably rude treatment via phone by Alisha who I think is the property manager for Westmoreland. She hung up on me after telling me how "nice" she's been to me. When I asked for her supervisor's name and number, she refused to give it to me and said she would have them call me. Still waiting for that call. Because this is low income housing, they believe we don't deserve to be treated with respect.
