Please look at your vehicle, very closely. Do your homework and don't rush into a purchase. I couldnt even get two of my tires off, due to rounded off lugnuts and one just spinning in place. My sticker was dead for a year, that should have been my first, redflag. They are willing to work with you, but, they will choose your vehicle if your credit is poor. Dillon was very helpful and I appreciate the lengths that he went to make sure that I got financed and left with a vehicle that suited my finances and needs. They also were quick with helping me schedule my appointments to get the air compressor fixed in the car while I still had a warranty. Although there are few issues that I was unaware of with the vehicle, they are getting fixed under my warranty and I appreciate that. Definitely recommend, especially if you have a low income/bad credit, like myself.
I was looking for a vehicle and wasn’t expecting anything because I’ve been denied by several places. I walked in and spoke to Wayne. Very professional and a great, calm environment. Brandon was also nice to talk to. I will be back! On a rating of satisfaction out of 10, I’d give them a 12! Number 1 dealership around!
On disability and a few bad things on my credit but Brandon and Ronnie were able to get me in a 2017 jeep trail hawk with low money down! Top notch! Won’t ever buy from any other dealership than WV Preowned Auto Group again!
