Wood Floor – Got them to install a wood floor in Clairmont area. The owner/manager is easy to deal with but; The installers, did not remove any squeaks from the sub-floors first. all Squeaks now. The installers did not level the floor first, boards now lifting etc. They cut corners wherever possible to save time etc - watch them. Installers generally careless and forgetful.

Honest, great customer service – Although we wound up not going with Wurts (or anyone else) for our project we found them to be very accommodating, understanding, and honest. They went out of their way for us and were very friendly. Their selection and quality is great. We will always think of Wurts first when it comes to our flooring needs.
