Horrendous service! Never again! 1 star is too high of a rating!
Worst after sales service ever! We purchased an expensive parts washer from Wurth that gave us intermittent problems from the very beginning and the company did nothing to help us and refused to replace the unit. They wouldn't even send a technician and then once the warranty period was over, the washer stopped working altogether. They then advised us to purchase parts from them to fix the unit, totaling over $1000,00, which didn't rectify the issue at all.
