This should never happen. Albert H. Wunsch III is his client’s criminal lawyer. He also took control of her mother’s houses as trustee. Then two $1 papers put those houses in his name as trustee, and the family home in Englewood Cliffs was listed for sale. That is what he did. The mother’s will does not name him. He is extremely knowledgeable about personal injury matters, municipal matters, criminal matters, and other legal areas.
