Avoid Wunderlich USA. If you open and install a product and realize after installation that it’s poorly designed, they’ll still charge you a 20% restocking fee when you return it. I bought their gear shifter extension. After installing it, I found it added significant play and made shifting worse. Completely unacceptable design. I returned it at my own expense and was still penalized. I will never buy from Wunderlich America again.
Do not recommend. Service is terrible (got wrong parts).
Terrible experience.
Not impressed - misleading and scummy practices. Bought a set of side cases with the word “Vario” in the name, only to find out they aren’t actually compatible with the BMW Vario luggage system. They told me I could return them but the return shipment will be enormous. Tried working out a fair resolution for their MISLEADING ADVERTISING but silence. What’s worse, come to find out these “Wunderlich” branded cases are just rebadged Shad cases with a ~$200 markup. Right down to the optional mounting rack that is also rebranded ... read more
