purchased a new aktivkomfort seat for my bmw. when i installed it the fitment was not that good. i emailed customer assist on 02/11/2026 and received a response the next day from doug shaw. he asked me to send him pictures of the issue and i did the next day. after a few days i emailed doug to see if he received the pictures. there was no response. i emailed several other times within the month with no answer. so it seems after you spend $700.00 on a seat and the fitment is poor that is the end of the conversation. poor cust... read more
Avoid Wunderlich USA. If you open and install a product and realize after installation that it’s poorly designed, they’ll still charge you a 20% restocking fee when you return it. I bought their gear shifter extension. After installing it, I found it added significant play and made shifting worse. Completely unacceptable design. I returned it at my own expense and was still penalized. I will never buy from Wunderlich America again.
Do not recommend. Service is terrible (got wrong parts).
