I was with total bookkeeping for years then this company took over It is unbelievable how terrible they are. Never return a call and blow smoke up your butt when finally get a hold of them. My tax prep went from $375 last year to $1275 this year They said it’s for bookkeeping They don’t do my bookkeeping, but I could not get my taxes until I paid it. I know several people who use this company and not one of them will use them again. They are all very unhappy as well.
I can't even give a 1 star! That is how BAD this company is! I own a small business...they inherited me from my previous CPA when she sold her business! My monthly financials were way behind after months of inquiry. They were finally completed a week ago. I have left multiple messages since Monday requesting the status of my taxes! I have no idea if they have filed them or filed an extension....no communication and they won't answer the phone so I went to the office and they have a sign that they are closed today and tomorro... read more
