This is the first time I’ve encountered an approach like this! I contacted this agency a month ago. I was completely ignored! At their office on Post Oak Road, I was given the business cards of three agents. Only one—Katherine Wildman—replied to my message and called me back. She promised to find some space options but then vanished. She hasn't been in touch since. What is this, exactly? Is this how serious agencies operate?
Our property manager Dennis is great! He is always willing to help with any issues.
I was a serious buyer to a business sold/leased by them. I was not even get the chance to see/browse the property. If you just give the chance without complicating things. I can flip the business to anything as per Harris County requirements. They were very responsive but I felt no willingness to cooperate. If someone is busy, they can delegate! Thank you for your business.
Always been a great group of people to work with through the years. Not pretentious, responsive and just good, down-to-earth people.
