I was hoping for a complete fix of the HVAC ducts and vents. The first appointment seemed excellent but the follow up visits to fix remaining issues were a bit tedious.
I was hoping for a comprehensive remedy of the HVAC ducts and vents and while the initial appointment seemed good the follow up visits to fix remaining problems were a touch tedious.
The initial quote was fairly straightforward, and the installation took most of the afternoon as they had to navigate some unexpected wiring issues. They explained each step clearly, ensuring I understood how it impacted the timeline and final cost.
Ceiling vents fixed, problem solved.
After a previous disappointing experience with another contractor, I was pleasantly surprised when this technician efficiently serviced my portable AC unit by identifying a blocked filter issue, which he resolved in about 30 minutes. He also offered some maintenance tips to help prevent future problems, which I appreciated.
