I want to share my recent experience at this restaurant. The customer service was very poor — the staff spoke in a rude and angry tone for no reason, and the interaction felt unprofessional. The food quality does not match the high prices. For example, they charged five dollars for a very small container of peanuts, which is unreasonable. Overall, the value and service were disappointing, and I would not recommend this place.
THIS HAS TO BE THE BEST CASINO ASIAN RESTURAUNT IN NEVADA! NOTHING BEATS THIS PLACE! Get the wonton soup with pork+shrimp, and you will be addicted to it forever! We stayed multiple nights at the Berkley tower, so we got it at least 2-3 times!
Regular food, noisy and not so good service. The place is located inside the silverton casino, and open to the game rooms, most tables have high chairs so uncomfortable for elderly or kids. The food was good, but the meat had a weird after taste. Service was not so good, you order in a counter and the food is sent to your table but you have to take your own utensils and beverages from a soda machine. Plates arrived one by one and tables were not well cleaned.
Food is pretty good, service? The people behind the counter seem angry.
