Worst customer service I’ve ever received. We purchased our 2025 van from them with a promise that they would install heated seats in the middle seats as part of the deal. We went with this dealer and purchased this vehicle due to this incentive of installing the heated seats for free. We wanted to wait to purchase the vehicle until the seats were installed but was pressured into purchasing that week and then they would install the seats at a later date.
