Extremely disorganized and highly unprofessional. The staff routinely promises to call you back but never does. During my first visit, both the technician doing my eye test and the receptionist checking me out explicitly complained that they didn't know what they were doing and that the office was chaotic. Worse, after Dr. Wu mentioned serious potential concerns like glaucoma and an eye stroke, my follow-up trial lenses were never even ordered.
