Dr. Wu and staff were incredible with my 13 year old daughter. They put her at ease and spoke directly to her, offering her the procedure the same day as her evaluation (saving us ton of time!) if SHE was up for it. They walked her through all the numbing shots and the procedure went great. She healed up so well! Thanks for a great experience!!
I scheduled an appointment at this office for an evaluation and was immediately put off by the experience. Upon arrival, I wasn’t greeted with a simple “good morning” or “hello.” Instead, the first thing I was told was, “Are you Sophia? That will be a $150 service charge today, and your insurance won’t cover it.” No introduction, no explanation—just money, right out of the gate. For quite some time I was dreading having my gum procedure done. Thankfully Dr Wu and team did a wonderful job, making it painless and comfortable. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
