Great doctor, WORST office staff. I went to Dr. Wong for a referral for a specialist. I was told by their staff they'll write a referral letter for a specialist over two weeks ago, NEVER got the referral or heard back from them after the visit. However, I did get a call from the staff telling me I'd be billed directly and won't be getting that referral either. Got billed directly for my visit.
