Honestly, this company should have zero stars. They can't manage an account withouout constant mistakes and good luck getting it resolved as their communication is almost nonexistent.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM USING THIS COMPANY FOR EMPLOYEES PENSION. Employees if your employer use Willis Towers Watson do NOT INVEST YOUR MONEY WITH THEM.
