This company is completely disorganized and unprofessional. They hire people, make them go through all the onboarding and training, and then fire them just a few days later without giving any reason at all. It’s unbelievable how they play with people’s time and livelihood. I worked hard, showed up every day, and was excited to start — only to be “terminated” after just 3 or 4 days, with no explanation or warning. Racist, prejudice, and unprofessional company. They offered me a job and then rescinded it under false claim saying that I didn’t complete on boarding paperwork. I feel that this was done due to prejudice. I reached out to them via email several times over the past two weeks and no one ever got back to me and they gave me a false excuse saying that it was because my background check did not come back in time.
