Newey & Co for 8 years, and throughout this time I’ve dealt with several property managers. While many have come and gone, Sue Samrani has truly stood out as the best. Sue Samrani is amazing she really cares about the tenants she has. She has always been helpful and we can positively say that our experience with her and W.T Newey & Co have been nothing but great.

This strata management company is dysfunctional, questionable, lacks accountability for their actions, is dismissive (from the very top down) and has high staff turnover when it comes to strata managers. The strata manager changes every two weeks. Do not recommend.
Our experience with W.T. Newey & Co was very poor. Communication was lacking, and the way they handled the process was unprofessional. I would not recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable commercial real estate agency.
