This agency is completely untrustworthy. They handed us the property in bad condition — pen drawings on the walls, peeling paint — and we had to accept it only because we urgently needed a place. At the end of the tenancy, they never contacted us for the outgoing inspection, never sent any notice about bond deductions, and then took our entire bond. I would highly recommend George Qui, his efficiency, knowledge being concise and professionalism is what deserves him the five stars. Extremely professional and efficient. Very reliable. Despite being busy, he is flexible with sending replies efficiently and can communicate in a very professional manner.
