I don't know what's happening to them because I always attend there but you can no longer call by phone to schedule appointments because the receptionists put you on hold then they hang up on you every time I call is the I would like to know where a formal claim can be made. These receptionists are useless. They should be replaced by people who are able to do their job well.
Just want to let you all know they won’t answer the calls from 11:40 to 12 on Friday. They close at 12 . They put you on hold until it hangs up.. Also if you have a fractured wrist, just go to an emergency room or urgent care. They won’t follow up.
These guys have the worst office personnel I have ever experienced. It doesn't really matter how good a doctor is, if the office personnel is disorganized and can't even hide the look on their face saying they couldn't possibly care less about their mistakes.
WTMC billed my insurance for a slew of services that I DID NOT receive, including smoking cessation. I have NEVER smoked! I asked for an annual physical with blood work. Doctors and clinics like this are the reason our insurance rates are sky high!
