No longer WSW... had reservation for buffet and it is no longer offered on the night we showed.
Just the most terrible it could be. No food available at the buffet. Trying to have a nice brunch with my family and we could not get food on our plates at the same time. Every staff member I spoke to said it's coming right out. So one of us would wait, and wait, and miss the time together. Everything was slow, like unreal kine. If there is 0 star, I would. But, there’s none. I’m here for my birthday, from the mainland, looking forward to a great ambience and most especially great food. But, I was appalled!! We were waiting for our appetizers for a great 30 mins…it was ok. The truffle fries and the Bone marrow. Then one hour has passed, and we asked why it’s taking so long for our main order and the Waitress said because we ordered “well done” steak. 🤷♀️ Our steak arrived after an hour and 16 mins, it was lukewarm. Very disappointing experience. It took more than an hour to receive a medium-well steak, which is an unreasonably long wait. When we asked why the food was taking so long, the waitress was a bit rude instead of providing a helpful explanation or apology. When the steak finally arrived, it was dry and only slightly warm instead of being served hot. After waiting that long, I expected the food to be cooked properly and served at the right temperature. We stayed at the hotel so ended up eating here a few times. First of all, their service was exceptional, even perfect. The dinner buffet is excellent with lots of good quality variety. I gave 4 stars, not 5 because of the Sunday brunch.Scrambled eggs super runny so surprised they would serve it like that, rice overcooked, bacon a little undercooked French toast tasted funny.
